Human Sperm Segmentation

Hi!, I need to segment a human sperm dataset (SCIAN). I only have the images so it is not possible for me to train the MedSAM model. I intend to use the bounding box method with the full size of the image. The images have a size of 35x35 as attached. My question is if this is possible and if it is, how could I do it?

35x35 is too small for SAM/MedSAM. Do you have the original bigger microscopy image?
