No notifications when adding reviewers from CLI using "git review" tool #62

I've noticed that WebEx notifications are not coming in when using the Git Review tool to add usernames inline when pushing.

For example:

git review --no-topic --reviewers user1 user2 user3

Email notifications are send out, but they are not to useful anymore since everyone relies on the awesome WebEx bot now.

Is this fixable?
