recover from connectivity failure #97

The bot does not recover well from connectivity failures. SSH connectectivity should be fine but SQS can fail with the following error:

2019-05-09T14:21:47+02:00 - ERROR - failed to receive message: an IO error occurred: Invalid argument (os error 22)

In my test afterwards no more messages could be received or sent from the bot.
