The links provided in the primary tutorial should open new pages. As they are now, they replace the current page. This makes it hard for people to follow the tutorial. Sure, they could right click and open in a new window, but it'd be easy enough to take that step out of their hands.

The doc generator that I am using mkdocs doesn't allow me to set link targets, and markdown itself doesn't provide a way to do this either. The only way to do this is to use the raw HTML link, but I'd really like to avoid that - as we have a lot of links.

I am hoping we could do this by using some sort of plugin / extension for mkdocs, but so far I haven't found a way to do this. I will keep looking but at the moment I am not sure.
