Hi!

I think it would be a good idea to have a small dedicated dataset for Brainlife tutorials.
It doesn't need to be big, just a subject with MRI, fMRI, DWI, etc. They could be uploaded to OpenNeuro, so they become easily accessible for all users.

@guiomar great idea. Do you have a suggestion for a ON dataset with these three modalities that we could dedicate fro this?

MRI is not my big area of expertise, but for the MEG toolbox comparison we aimed some years ago we used the Wakeman & Henson (2015) multimodal face processing dataset.
https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds000117/
I think it also contains MRI, dwi and bold.

It will very good if we could use it. As and additional advantage it also contains MEG and there are several publications using it with different meg toolboxes reproducible pipelines:

The "sample dataset" project provides data objects to be used for test / tutorials, etc.

This project currently only contains anat/dwi data objects, but I think we could/should add other modalities also.

The data objects in this project is also used as "sample data" for various datatypes to be used as model data objects.

hi @soichih I think this project is fine, @guiomar was suggesting a proper project with a readme file that explains how to use it and what to use it for. Also with different data modalities. I think we are close.

@guiomar have you seen this page? brainlife.io/datasets it allows importing directly from OpenNeuro.org
