Buildings show damage

When a cannonball hits, we should see a mark being left. There should also be some other signs as damage gets less than 50% - smoke or something.

This is possible when the models all have UVs, there's no generic UV-less way that makes it look OK. Use noise and step to change the albedo or use multiple models. Putting this back until we have the new models.
