I think this is possible. Just struck me that it would be really cool if we could automatically send some kind of delayed email to people who contact a host asking for feedback. It could just say, "On X date you contacted a WordCrash host. Can you take a minute to tell us about your experience?" or something like that. We could really benefit from a testimonial or two at this point. As it is, we have no way of ever knowing if someone's even used WordCrash so it would be cool to get an email saying "Yeah, I did stay with a host and it was great".
