So you don't have other devices connected to your sync account? You just reinstalled your computer a bunch of times and re-connected to Sync?

yes, i reinstalled my pc and phone bunch of times, i had this on phone too but data format was done too, couple of times.
now i dont have any possibility to connect my device again because limit was hit or something.
