Hello. Any chance you could add a pre-release package to nuget supporting Mvvmcross 4?

Unfortunately I cannot not. I do not have any licenses for Xamarin, doing
web work now. If you want to do a PR, we can try.

Now that MS has bought Xamarin its alot easier to get a license. Any chance of an update for MVVMCross 4.0 please?
