New frame is a brick

I received my new glasses today, and I followed the instructions and put the charger on. It has an, I guess, orange-ish light on. It's been on the glasses for more than four hours, and that color has not changed on the charger.

Nothing happens with the glasses. They don't turn on. I try to tap or do whatever I can, but they do not react in any form of way. And, of course, the app doesn't find them. I've also tried to reset and waited three seconds, five seconds, reset with the power on, without the power on. I'm not sure what to do.

The charger is expected to warm-up a bit more than typical charger, since it implements "fast charge" mode, though nothing extreme. We will continue through support if you do not mind. :)
