App on Windows 8.1 doesn't start. Windows Error Reporting runs in background for a split second

I've used the program for a long time and suddenly it no longer runs. Also the Chrome extension still says its 2.0.22 instead of .33, I'm not sure if that was intended or not

Have you tried downloading the latest version from the site and installing it? It should automatically uninstall the current installation. There's a chance you're on an older version, a couple releases ago had a major bug that prevented the application from starting.

If re-installing the latest version doesn't fix your problem, I can try to figure out the problem for you then. If that's the case, reply with your computer's model so I can try to find your specific crash in the crash reports.
