Properly handle the mechanism for potential block rollbacks on bitcoind

We've discovered a potential rollback of the latest block during testing, which is problematic for our balance system. For bitcoind, the latest 1-2 blocks have a chance of rolling back, but our statistics system needs to take this into account.
