Consider adding UTXO to Balance-history snapshots.

Currently, after snapshot installation, obtaining uxto via bitcoind RPC is very time-consuming during the initial synchronization process, resulting in a very slow initial synchronization speed. Therefore, we are considering including uxto in snapshot, but this may lead to excessively large snapshot sizes.
