I WANT TO have more options for feedback
SO THAT I have better understanding about feedback

Changes and fixes in Feedback section (earlier version - #9):

The default option should show average feedback score for Buerokratt and CSA.
There should be an option to see NPS for Buerokratt and CSA.
The y-axis needs to show the actual unit

Changes and fixes in Overview section:

The wait time should statistics should also show the unit of time
