AS AN Analytic module user
I WANT TO have predefined chat-related status events
SO THAT I can visualize them easily by clicking on the desired metric.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Chat Status Events
    1. answered: When Client leave the chat and providing a response.
    2. client-left :When Client leave the chat without providing a response.
    3. idle: When Bürokratt closes idle sessions.
    4. hate-speech: When a chat has signs of hate speech (To Be Added)
    5. terminated: When CSA Closes a chat for unspecified reason (Other Reasons)
    6. to-contact: When CSA Answers in another channel (To Be Added)

  • Other Events Currently in the Database:

    1. greeting
    2. requested-authentication
    3. contact-information-fulfilled
    4. ask-permission-accepted
    5. rating
    6. redirected
