Bug description:
As of right now under /analytics/feedback with metric: Feedback on bureaucrat conversations, the legend is calculated for the "Average"

Expected behavior:
Should calculate the NPS as it is in Feedback on advisor conversations

@ffrose this is not a bug, its what was described in the business requirements here #9, please check with @PaulaMerle and Rasmus on this
