Messages to the End User

AS A Admin
I WANT be able to change the text what the End User will see during the chat
SO THAT the End User will see the text according to our agency's policy

Acceptance Criteria

• Change Tervitussõnum to Sõnumid kliendile. This is under Haldus->Vestlusrobot->Tervitussõnum
• Tervitussõnum stays as is
• New feature when human has taken over the chat. Will be named "Sõnum kliendile, kui inimene on vestluse üle võtnud"
• Human has taken over the chat has on/off fuctionality
• Human has taken over the chat has a textbox where Admin can put the text in that is showed when human has taken over the chat
• When human has taken over the chat feature is turned on, then message written in the textbox will appear in the chat
• New feature when human forwards chat to another human. Will be named "Sõnum kliendile, kui inimene suunas vestluse teisele inimesele"
• Human forwards chat to another human has on/off fuctionality
• Human forwards chat to another human has a textbox where Admin can put the text in that is showed when human has taken over the chat
• When human forwards chat to another human feature is turned on, then message written in the textbox will appear in the chat
