Mark user as offline in users view

AS AN Admin
I WANT to be able to mark user(s) as offline
SO THAT when someone forgot to log out or mark themselves as offline I would be able to do that

Acceptance Criteria

• In the Haldus->Kasutajad (Users) view, when clicking on the status dot an option is available to mark this user as offline
• Can be changed only if user is online (green) or idle (yellow)
• New pop-up message appears asking for confirmation. Message will be "Kas sa soovid kasutaja staatuseks muuta eemal"
• When pop-up message selection is "Jah" then change the status to offline if "Ei" then do nothing and close the pop-up

Currently when changing the status of another user, the status of the user who changed the other user status will be changed instead.
So when user A changes the status of user B, the status of user A gets changed and status of user B will not be changed.
