AS A customer service agent
I WANT to have a GUI with more information
SO THAT so that it would be easier to validate the question

Further development of the task #1058

Acceptance Criteria

General idea how the GUI should look:

Pressing the pencil icon will allow to edit the response
Send button is not activated until "Kinnita" (confirm) button is pressed
