AS AN Architect
I WANT TO have a REST service to update information about specific ticket in Jira Cloud
SO THAT this would be a generic functionality and wouldn't be replicated

Acceptance Criteria

• [POST] endpoint /classifier/integration/jira/cloud/label
• Based on https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/REST/3.6.2 with focus on cloud-based Jira functionalities
• All environment and other settings defined in an appropriate config file

DSL

• All Ruuter DSLs contain declaration section
• Mock service approved before actual development

Technical requirements

• REST service based on Ruuter
• Schema manipulation based on Data Mapper
