AS A Services Developer
I WANT TO have Rahvastikuregister (RR) services available to End Clients
SO THAT personalized RR services would be available in Bürokratt

Acceptance Criteria

Prerequisites:

  • All services must be authenticated using user personal ID number (isikukood)

Services:

  • name-statistis - Returns the number of names associated with a user
  • right-to-vote - Returns a list of applicable voting events
  • find-usage - Retrieves a history of queries about the user
  • election-information - Provides election-related details
  • residence-information - Returns all residence records

Currently name-statistics lacks access from RR
