This is a sub-issue of #256

Based on @RayDNoper previous findings, functional programming in Ruuter's Java code seems to be the cause of mixing up Ruuter responses.

Acceptance Criteria

Validate the hypothesis of removing functional programming from Ruuter's Java code being the solution to Ruuter mixing up responses when multiple requests in parallel using conditions #256
If hypothesis proves to be correct, replace all functional code from Ruuter's Java code with object-oriented one
