  1. add font weight 350 (Normal) and 100 (Thin).
Sounce Han Sans CJK has weight Normal and Noto Sans CJK has weight Thin.
  2. If the user checked 'Style -> Support for multilingual documents', when opening a file, disable or has a option to disable warning 'Font xxx isn't compatible with xxx language. Instead will be used fallback font'
Asian user will deliberately use "Text font" to display Latin characters and use "Fallback fonts" to display CJK characters. In other words, user deliberately use the fallback fonts. Thus the warning will popup every time when user open a file with CJK characters.
