[android] Access to /storage/emulated/0/Android/data

When going to the /storage/emulated/0/Android/data directory CoolReader does not display anything. As if the folder is empty (it's not). I suggest displaying a message stating that the contents of this folder cannot be displayed, or prompting for permission to access this folder. But don't be misled by actually saying that this folder is empty.

"Hide directories without books (may slow down the listing of directory contents)" is off.
