Add HISTORY mode

I think it's time for us to consider adding a history mode.
This mode will be available only if an external database is connected.

Features of the history mode:

• Events are sorted by the time recorded in the event, not by the time the event is received in the interface. However, manual sorting can also be considered.
• New events do not appear immediately; the event list is updated by pressing a button.
• Deleting an event from the Realtime board does not affect its display in history mode.
• Deleting an event in history mode leads to its permanent removal from the system.
• Filters by type, time, metadata, content.
• Separate settings and limits for history mode
