[Speed Up Menu Show Delay] option is too fast in some cases, like Open-Shell. Can we have an option to set this value to 100 rather than 10? #97

The [Speed Up Menu Show Delay] value of 10, might work ok with the standard Windows 11/10 start menu, but not with Open Shell.
When using the Open-Shell menu, if the mouse hovers over the [All Programs] Menu, directly above the Start Button, for longer the 10ms, the Menu Items above the start menu will change to the [ALL Programs] menu, unless the user is very fast, or goes around the option, meaning the program you were about to select isn’t there anymore!

When ticked the [Speed Up Menu Show Delay] changes the Registry Key [MenuShowDelay] from the Default value of 400 to 10, a value of 100 seems to work better with Open-Shell.
As a work-around, this option can be changed Manually (using Regedit) and the User can just turn of the [Speed Up Menu Show Delay] option!
