My name is Joe Horner; you may have seen my connection requests on LinkedIn. I'm following up those messages with a summary of what I could and would love to do for Buster, starting today. Bottom line: I wanted to build what you've built and now want to come help you grow Buster!

What I would love to do for Buster

• Sell your commercial products to my analytics consulting clients:
  • Wasatch Commercial Management (WCM) - 1 of 40+ businesses under the Dell Loy Hansen (former Real Salt Lake owner) business empire, collectively valued at $4B. A successful deployment of Buster at WCM, who is in desperate need of an upgrade to their analytics tech stack, could lead to explosive referral growth across the Wasatch Group business portfolio.
  • FranklinCovey Japan (FCJ) - also a great candidate for the Buster value proposition. Again, if things went well at FCJ, referral growth across their 40 international direct offices could be achieved.
  • Health Catalyst - public healthcare analytics platform vendor with hundreds of health system clients. I worked in analytics at Health Catalyst for almost 6 years; they were valued at $3B prior to my departure. They would be a massive client and potentially a strategic partner for healthcare organizations.
• Sell your commercial products to my network of friends and former colleagues who are data professionals, directors, startup executives, and business owners. I've been in this field for 8 years and have connections to dozens of other companies that might be great candidates for Buster's products.
• Do whatever the team needs. I'm an entrepreneur at heart (though not as successful as you two have been; one reason why I want to come work with and learn from you guys!). I'll deliver those doughnuts all over Utah. I'll help build the tech stack, leveraging my experience in analytics and AI across several of the biggest brands in the game. I'll support clients with their deployments, answer phone calls, fix the demo button on your website (that goes to a blank webpage). I want to be at a tech startup where I could make an impact and Buster checks that box.
