[Request] clean-up env #35

It would be cool to use env vars in docker-compose.yml instead of editing them in various places
For example:

postgre default vars like init db, username, pass
frontend envs
words blacklist

Also, removing port expose for dbs would be great idea. You can just use service name as hostname in configs (like redis://redis/0)
