Binder scaffold/framework specification

Thanks for sharing your awesome work. Is it possible to specify a scaffold for binder design in PXDesign? For example, users can input the structure of a scaffold protein and specify they want to design positions 33 to 54 to bind to the target protein? Would be a cool application in nanobody/antibody de novo CDR design. Thanks
