I have a question about pxmeter. Since it calculates the interface lddt (and also dockQ), I wonder how is interface defined here? Thanks

Hi @SimonYYS ,

As long as the two chains in the ground truth structure contain any non-hydrogen heavy atoms within 5 Å of each other, an interface LDDT score will be computed for that chain pair.
You can retrieve the metrics for the specific chain pair you are interested in directly from the resulting JSON file.
