能否写一个对应的文档介绍下自定义数据集的训练全流程以及onnx模型的导出和Tensorrt部署呢

抱歉，由于工作较忙，请你自行参照我在github中分享的数据格式进行数据准备，或根据你的数据修改读数据的函数，导出onnx请参考torch.onnx.export
