Redesign Add Charts(Study View) and Add Tracks(Results View) UI

We need to be prepared for lots of incoming new Generic Assay profiles, once we have one more new Generic Assay Type, we will have one more tab in the following two UIs in Study View and Result view(OncoPrint).

We should redesign the UI to accommodate more upcoming data and still keep them organized well.

In this ticket, we should consider the following questions:

1. How to redesign the new UI (allow lots of different types and organized well)?
2. How to show Heatmap profiles (name? group them together or separately)?
3. Try to refactor these two components (use one shared component).
