integration with libCacheSim repo

Right now this repo uses stack different from libCacheSim, e.g., Rust and C, gnuplot and Python
It would be great to decide whether we want to use this as part of libCacheSim

Benefits of linking to libCacheSim

1. we can reduce code redundancy and maintenance burden, e.g., trace reader, and reuse distance related calculation
2. more visibility and users

Disadvantages of doing this

1. more work
2. libCacheSim is an old code base and needs to be refactored

I will leave it up to you @xiaguan to decide whether we want to integrate with libCacheSim

Hey, thanks a bunch for taking the time to review my code! I've been thinking it over and I reckon it might be better to integrate libCachesim using C++ code. This way, we can reuse a lot of the existing code and have more scenarios where it can be applied.

I am not sure about this, you do not have to decide now, but it would be good to keep this in mind. It is ok that we use this as an independent repo.
