What would you like to be added?

Add a fan control in caelestia shell and give the control option on the top performence bar to increase the cooling fan speed and manage it or you can pre set the fan speed in eco mode , performance mode and other mode in the bottom left part

How will it help?

For laptop there is always a native app in windows but that is not always true for linux some of the laptop control application don't work on linux and for those laptops cool fan , keyboard colour and other hardware can not be controlled in linux

fan control usually are controlled by PPD(Power-Profiles-daemon).

yes but it would be great if we can control it some fans don't go fast enough (it only check the CPU temperature and work accordingly ) but in case of laptop the laptop absorbed the heat of CPU and GPU so by running the fan in max speed we can cool the laptop too prevent the laptop for getting heated

in short
by running fan in high speed it prevent laptop from getting over heated
in performance mode it only check CPU and GPU temperature
by running the fan you can cool laptop quickly (it can be helpful sometimes)

idk, but there other alternative then PPD called "tuned" from redhat i told it gives more option and its better PPD because PPD is kinda basic.
search about dont my take my knowledge as 100% perfect
