  - `prettier-plugin-motoko` also depends on `glob`
- `tar` -> `compressing` or `tar-fs` + `node:zlib`
- `decomp-tarxz` -> `xz-decompress`
- remove `dhall-to-json-cli` (need to drop vessel support)
