Enable the Medicare cardholder enrollment pathway for SacRT

SacRT has requested we enable Medicare cardholders in their agency instance in Cal-ITP Benefits.

Acceptance Criteria

• Medicare cardholder appears in the list of benefit options a rider can choose when enrolling for transit discounts within the SacRT instance in Cal-ITP Benefits at https://benefits.calitp.org/sacrt.

Additional context

When this task in complete, transit riders will have three different benefit options from which they can begin enrollment.

• Medicare cardholder
• Older adult
• U.S. Veteran

Note: Medicare cardholder is always first in the list following design intent.

• Confirmation that Littlepay group has been created and configured
• The Littlepay group ID

SacRT ha made the Medicare product and groups in the Littlepay portal so it should be ready to get configured for enrollment. Please let me know if you need anything else from me here!
