Regular release checklist

• Ensure the main branch and secrets are up to date
• Ensure test secrets are up to date
• Make a local backup of the test database if the current release has any database migrations
• Create an annotated release candidate tag on main (git tag -a YYYY.0M.R-rcR)
• Push the annotated release candidate tag (git push origin YYYY.0M.R-rcR)
• QA the app in test
• Ensure prod secrets are up to date
• Make a local backup of the prod database if the current release has any database migrations
• Create an annotated release tag on main (git tag -a YYYY.0M.R)
• Push the annotated release tag (git push origin YYYY.0M.R)
• Smoke Test the app in prod
• Confirm acceptance of Smoke Tests by adding a comment to this issue
• Edit release notes to link back to this Release process issue
• Edit release notes with additional context, images, animations, etc. as-needed

internal:

• reorganized admin module into an admin package
• introduced Playwright to the project (no tests yet)
• reduced Agency Index templates by refactoring Agency Index to use new context approach
• fixed port auto-forwarding issue affecting our devs on Mac
