Describe the solution you'd like

  • References to caltrans_district from dim_organizations should point to new mart_transit_database tables: dim_county_geography and bridge_organizations_x_headquarters_county_geography
  • We're keeping most of the columns intact in dim_organizations, but want to source caltrans_district from the other 2 tables
    • caltrans_district is broken up into 2 columns in the tables: caltrans_district and caltrans_district_name, and we want to combine those so the values hold the format of existing value 07 - Los Angeles
