Research Task

Current data structure causing issues downstream:

• Projects are currently grouped at the program level meaning there are rows with the same project ID (structure requested this way)
• Because of there are rows with the same project ID, rows are being dropped later in the pipeline before it is uploaded to the Rebuilding CA map.

Question or Goal: overarching goal of this issue

• Short term goal: regroup data to be one row per project. Add multiple funding programs to the description column
• Long term goal: find a better solution. Possibly integrate with other data that goes into RebuildingCA Map so that we can get all information together.
