Installer issue on Windows #30

The installer creates the 'clb' executable as if it was on a linux system.

Simple fix for me was (from the Windows command-line):
cd \python2.7\scripts
rename clb clb.py

p.s. this was for someone else. I'm sticking to Linux ;)
