I don't have the know-how to read source code, but after searching the web I believe this feature is not currently implemented in e4rat-lite.
On my computer e4rat-lite-collect writes a lot of large and potentially unnecessary files to startup.log, for example all of the *.iso images in my download folder, a bunch of *.pdf files, and even literal trash-files.
After running e4rat-lite-collect I have to manually look through startup.log and delete hundreds of lines.
I have observed a significant decrease in boot time when these unwanted files are deleted from startup.log.
Thus i request a feature which allows a user to exclude certain filetypes and paths from being loaded on boot with e4rat-lite
