[Feature Request] Add support for security proxy #101

As the new ETS6 with support for security proxies has been released, it would be nice to have this functionality also in calimero-server.

The security proxy is specified in AN192 "Coupler Security Extensions".

This proxy allows to connect existing plain (non-secure) devices to secure devices via the security proxy which is implemented in couplers.
