I am having this issue as well. The plugin is present in the module but for some reason is not recognized. I am currently using Expo SDK version 46 and eas-cli version 2.4.1. Any help would be appreciated.

After further research it appears that the dist directory is no longer present in the npm package. I will create a bug issue for this. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I managed to get a custom dev client built. However, I am still looking for the exact issue that is preventing the library from loading. I will go ahead and report what I've found so far but perhaps @giautm can help us with this problem.
