use latest callback error after upgrading to Expo SDK 53

Current behaviour

While using my app error is thrown:

Warning: TypeError: 0, _useLatestCallback.default is not a function (it is undefined)

Expected behaviour

No errors

How to reproduce?

Create Expo project using SDK 53, React 19 and react-native-paper 5.14.5

@jtrotoux @MomenMustafa45 I was trying to upgrade when this problem happened. So I started a fresh project and it worked! So I'm guessing some dependency issue.
