Description

The goal of this issue is to implement a CI pipeline that would build a new version of Hermes corresponding with the proper React native visionOS version. This will significantly reduce build times for end users.

We can distribute the tarball through Github Releases

As discussed offline with Meta, we will build Hermes binary for visionOS on upstream CI/CD.
