I WANT to be able to browse links for a single, logical domain

SO THAT I can find stuff on both www.example.com and example.com

Additional details

• Split domain out into a separate table
  • reference ids of that table as a foreign key
  • do scheme too while at it
• Use the public suffix list to offer example.com as a link rather than www.example.com
