Problem description
A series of issues regarding documentation makes not possible to target Fall24 metarelease, this working points are needed regarding documentation

Expected action
The following action points must be addressed:

  • CHANGELOG.md to be included
  • Migrate documentation to Confluence
  • Review specs and doc for undefined Telco/WebRTC specific terms
  • Review doc to avoid abbreviations

Additional context

  • Review guidelines and create PRs for them
