Cannot move artifacts (Text Annotation, Group) with local space tool in a collaboration

Describe the bug

In a collaboration diagram, space tool ignores the artifacts when used inside of a pool.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a collaboration diagram with text annotation inside a pool
2. Use space tool in the pool
3. Text annotation is not moved

Expected behavior

Text annotation should move together with the elements.

Environment

• OS: [e.g. MacOS 10.2, Windows 10]
• Camunda Modeler Version: 5.17.0 and newer
• Execution Platform: [e.g. Camunda 7, Camunda 8]
• Installed plug-ins: [...]
