[Feature Flags] Tile: add feature flag content to Usage, Style, and Code tabs

Acceptance criteria

Create a PR to add feature flag content sections to Tile on the following tabs:

• Usage tab
• Style tab
• Code tab

Usage tab

• Add a "Feature flag" tag to the top of the page, right above the "Description".
  *This may require dev help. Refer to the Figma spec.
• Update the documentation to use the latest content template
• Remove the experimental paragraph in the inline notification
• Update anchor links to include new H2 sections

• Add feature flag note to Clickable, Selectable, and Expandable variant rows

### Feature flags

• Add net new section
• Add section heading
• Add content and images from Figma file
• Move the Base, Clickable, Selectable, and Expandable sections to be their own H2s further down the page
