There seems to have been some shift in the domain, which broke multiple (?) links.

For example, https://carbondesignsystem.com/data-visualization/color-palettes/#gradient-use “Color page” link leads to https://www.ibm.com/design/language/elements/color?_gl=1*ugh0i9*_ga*MTg5NTIyMzA1My4xNjkyNTA5NTcw*_ga_FYECCCS21D*MTczNDMzNzY1MC4xOS4xLjE3MzQzMzgxMTMuMC4wLjA.#gradients which is basically a 404
